Dr Priyanka Swami, She has completed her graduation (B.Sc.Ag(Hons.) from Swami Keshwanand Rajasthan Agriculture University, Bikaner, Rajasthan. She entered into her Master’s degree through ICAR-JRF. She’s having Master’s degree in Agriculture with specialization in Agricultural Meteorology from Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar, Haryana. She got All India Rank 1 st in ICAR-SRF and got admission as phD scholar at G .B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar, Uttarakhand. Her expertise includes climate change studies, rainfall prediction modeling, crop growth modeling, yield prediction using remote sensing, weather-crop interaction as well as interaction of pest-disease with weather parameters and weather based farm advisory predation.

She has worked as Subject Matter Specialist at Agriculture University, Jodhpur and Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture & Technology, Udaipur, Rajasthan. She has also worked at Mahalanobis National Crop Forecast Center, New Delhi. Presently she is working as an Assistant Professor (Agrometeorology) at Agriculture University, Jodhpur, Rajasthan. She has published 6 research papers, 3 practical manuals, 10 articles, 5 book chapters and 3 books. She has received 7 best paper presentation award, 1 young scientist award and 1 best team leader award during various International and national symposium and conferences.
